For those who havn’t read the blog from start: I had some troubles with the first trailer and lost some nerves about it.
When I then bought the other one (Bob Ibex), I wrote an email to extrawheel, the constructor of the first trailer. As I had no news, I’ve sent another email. Then it appeared that my first email did not arrive and their answer landed in my spam box. From then, everything went quite fast: they have send me the new trailer (2nd version) for free and it is already arrived. That is a very good customer service and I look forward to test the new trailer version when I am back.
