Family tourism…. first time in ages 🙂

The mines are still in production extracting 100t per day with to mine workers….

Modern salt production: saline water (30% of salt) is heated at 55°C where salt crystals are been created.
Salt is dried and then sorted in two different sizes accordingly to the “fleur des alpes” salt
